The Library is closed on bank holidays and between Christmas and New Year.

ACCESS

Open to the general public.  First-time visitors have to bring a letter of introduction and some form of picture ID.  There is a membership fee for borrowing books.

60,000 books and pamphlets, 1,300 document collections, 10,000 photographs, 200 current periodicals, AV-material.

SPECIAL COLLECTIONS OR STRENGTHS

Subjects covered include the Holocaust, the Third Reich, Fascism (including British Fascism), Neo-Fascism, Anti-Semitism, and modern German-Jewish History

The earliest collection of eyewitness accounts from the Holocaust.  Unpublished memoirs .

ADDITIONAL FACILITIES

Coin-operated photocopier, microfilm reader-printers, video-viewing facilities.

The Wiener Library also organises regular lectures and conferences.
